Bharath has got a good fan-following not just in Tamil Nadu but in neighboring Andhra Pradesh too. His films including 'Boys', 'Kadhal' and ‘Koodal Nagar’ were dubbed and released in Telugu.

They witnessed a decent run and Bharath emerged a popular name in Andhra Pradesh.

To cash in on the opportunity, plans are on to release the actor's forthcoming movie 'Pazhani' simultaneously in Telugu. Titled 'Bhargav', shooting of the film is currently underway at Hyderabad.

Director Perarasu says, "My 'Thirupachi' had already been remade as 'Annavaram' with Pawan Kalyan in the lead role. We are working hard to make ‘Pazhani’ and ‘Bharagav’ a big hit in both the States.” Produced by Shakthi Chidambram, the film is slated for a Pongal release. Kajal Agarwal plays Bharath's lady love in the movie.
